Cancellation – Unshipped

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order is set up for shipment. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Orders.

Cancellation – Shipped

  • You can cancel your order once it has been set up for shipment, however, please note that the costs of both outbound and return shipping will be reduced from your refund amount. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Orders.

Cancellation – Custom Orders

  • Once a custom order has entered production and moved to ‘In Production’ states, all costs of production have been incurred and therefore cancellation is no longer possible and the balance paid cannot be refunded.
  • if you have already received your order please refer to the Return Policy above as a cancellation is no longer available.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it is not possible for us to modify the items on the order in any way. This includes changing the color or quantity of existing items or removing or adding products. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, we are able to cancel the order so that you can place a new one with the correct information.

Shipping Address Changes

Due to the time at which we package orders for shipment, we cannot guarantee a successful update of the address of the order to our shipping provider. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check the address information entered prior to submitting the order. If you use a third-party payment option such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Paypal, please make sure your account on those sites is using your newest shipping address. if there is a problem we will do our best to help you update order information as needed. and for the best chance of success please reach out to us immediately.

If you have misspelled the street address or forgot to add an apartment number, you can contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 or UPS at 800-742-5877 and request to have the package held for pickup instead of updating the address (for UPS, you can also do this online from the tracking information page).

Please note that once an item is out for delivery, no changes can be made to the address.
